The line features: robot automatic loading after pre-welding, automatic sandblasting, inner/outer surface enameling, end cap enameling, drying, robot transfer to firing line, gas enameling firing, and robot unloading to post-welding line for air-source heat pump water heater liners.
Shipment and installation of the automated water heater liner enameling line for Galanz Group:
Shipped over three days (July 19–21); expected to start operation in 3 months.
Features energy-efficient self-preheating WS burners with P-type radiant tubes (German imported Inconel 601 material) and waste heat utilization for low energy consumption.
